We only request access needed to provide the service
When users connect an inbox, SendPilot uses account permissions only to support approved outreach workflows, send messages from the connected inbox, detect replies, and keep campaign communication organized.
Gmail and Microsoft 365 inbox connections
Users may connect Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, or Microsoft 365 accounts. SendPilot uses these connections to send approved outreach emails, track sent messages, detect replies, and stop follow-ups after a reply is received.
Tokens are handled securely
Access tokens and refresh tokens are stored securely on the server side and never exposed to the frontend. Tokens are used only to provide the connected inbox functionality requested by the user.
