AI usage
On paid plans, AI research, drafts, follow-ups, and reply classification aren't a metered quota, though automated abuse protection still applies. Free Preview has a fixed allowance of 30 AI actions.
Billing
Paid plans are currently billed by invoice. After you request a plan in the app, you'll receive an invoice, and the plan activates once payment is confirmed.
Monthly allowances
Lead, email, and verification allowances reset each month on both monthly and annual billing.
Free Preview
No credit card is requested at signup. Free Preview doesn't connect an inbox or send email. Each AI model call uses one of the 30 AI actions, including a call that fails, and the count doesn't reset. A lead usually takes 3 or 4 actions, so the allowance can run out before all 10 leads have drafts.

It's negotiated individually based on broker and user count, connected inboxes, lead volume, and monthly email volume.
Does SendPilot guarantee replies or new customers?
No. SendPilot supports prospecting and outreach workflows but cannot guarantee prospect responses, meetings, or new business.
