This Acceptable Use Policy explains how SendPilot may and may not be used.

SendPilot may be used for professional B2B outreach, lead research, email draft generation, follow-up management, reply classification, and outreach organization.

Users may not use SendPilot for: spam; phishing; fraud; misleading or deceptive messages; impersonation; harassment; illegal products or services; purchased or scraped lists used unlawfully; sending to recipients who have opted out; false claims about pricing, capacity, rates, or business relationships.

Users are responsible for their contact lists, message content, compliance obligations, sending practices, and recipient requests.

SendPilot may suspend or terminate access if accounts are used in a way that violates this policy.
